This website is operated by Shenzhen Yanhesheng Technology Co., Ltd. under the customer-facing brand YHS Furniture. Website information supports B2B project enquiries and is not a retail purchase offer.

Project enquiries and quotations

Customers are responsible for the accuracy of drawings, dimensions, specifications, logos and third-party equipment information supplied for quotation. Quotations are valid for 30 days unless the quotation states otherwise. Final production follows confirmed drawings and specifications.

Material samples and colour references may vary from finished surfaces. Custom production, design changes and site conditions should be reviewed with the YHS Furniture project team before approval. Customers must have the right to provide any logo, drawing or brand file supplied to YHS.

Content and project responsibilities

Third-party equipment dimensions and performance remain the responsibility of the relevant supplier unless expressly included in a written project agreement. Website content may be updated as project information changes. Intellectual-property rights in customer-supplied files remain with their respective owners.

Payment terms, deposit requirements and payment schedules are confirmed in the approved quotation or sales contract for each project.

Liability limitations, governing law and dispute-resolution terms are subject to the signed sales contract between the parties.

Cancellation, design changes, refunds, remakes or replacement arrangements are evaluated according to the approved quotation, signed drawings, production stage and sales contract.
