Each YHS custom solid surface furniture piece is built with a reinforced 304 stainless steel internal frame, covered with a 12–20 mm plywood structural substrate, and finished with 12–30 mm acrylic solid surface panels. Dimensions, thickness, structure and surface details can be customized according to project requirements.

CNC cutting, thermoforming, seamless joint processing, sanding and polishing help achieve a clean and professional finish.
