Share the project type, available drawings or dimensions, quantity, intended material or color references, equipment and interface needs, delivery destination and target timing. YHS may request additional details before confirming a quotation.
Which drawing formats can I send for review?
Send the clearest files available through the approved inquiry form. Common project packages include PDF drawings and CAD exports, together with reference images or schedules. YHS will confirm whether additional source files are needed for engineering review.
Can the furniture be customized to our drawings and site dimensions?
Yes. YHS reviews project drawings, dimensions, intended use and interface requirements to develop a project-specific solution. Final construction and production information must be confirmed before fabrication.
How are solid-surface materials and colors selected?
Material and color selection depends on the design intent, application, approved references and sourcing confirmation. Physical or documented color approval may be used where appropriate before production.
Can YHS coordinate equipment openings, screens, logos and lighting?
These interfaces can be reviewed when accurate dimensions, equipment specifications and installation requirements are supplied. Openings and integration details should be included in the approved shop drawings.
Can a material or finish sample be approved before production?

Production release normally follows confirmation of scope, dimensions, drawings, materials, colors, functional interfaces, quantity, packaging needs and other project-specific commercial terms.

How is custom furniture prepared for export shipping?
