Project planning
A typical commercial construction can combine a 12 mm acrylic solid surface sheet, an 18–25 mm E0 plywood substrate and a 25 × 25 mm reinforced steel or stainless-steel frame. This is a planning reference, not a universal specification. Actual structure is confirmed according to approved drawings, dimensions, span, equipment and project requirements.

Structure is selected after reviewing the approved layout, overall dimensions, spans, support conditions, curves, equipment areas, openings and delivery or installation constraints. Local reinforcement, module divisions and material interfaces are coordinated for the actual project rather than assumed from a generic counter design.

Seam locations, edge details and curved fabrication are planned from the approved geometry, visible finish, transport modules and installation sequence. Equipment openings or long spans may also affect local construction. Final details are shown in the approved drawing; this guide makes no blanket performance or certification claim.
